Schema
This section describes the database structure and the relationships between collections. The schema consists of master data collections and transactional or operational collections used by the application.

name | String | Name of the group. |
users | Array (Object) | List of users invited to or associated with the group, including their email addresses and invitation statuses. |
users._id | ObjectID | Unique identifier for the user entry in the group. |
users.email | String | Email address of the invited user. |
users.status | String | Invitation status of the user. Possible values: pending, accepted, or rejected. |
created_at | String | Date and time when the group was created, preferably in ISO 8601 format. |
created_by_id | ObjectID | Identifier of the user who created the group. |
